The XI Annual International Forum “Eurasian Economic Perspective” was held in St. Petersburg

This year, more than 700 participants from Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and other countries attended the forum.

During three days, on 28-30 November, representatives of the legislative and executive authorities of the countries participating in the Eurasian economic integration, members of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the CIS Executive Committee, rectors, scientists and experts from leading universities of the Eurasian Association of Universities, economists, politicians and public figures discussed sustainability, adaptability and self-identification of the economic space of Greater Eurasia in the context of global transformation.

The Plenary Session was traditionally held at the Tauride Palace while six expert sessions took place at St. Petersburg State University of Economics (UNECON). The topics of development of the international monetary and financial system, energy projects and hubs in the Eurasian region, potential of new partnerships, transformation of geopolitical processes in the Eurasian space in the face of new challenges, digital agenda of the EAEU, integration role of international transport and logistics corridors were discussed.
