Eurasian Economic Perspective: Development Trends

1 December the V international forum "Eurasian economic perspective" was held, the organizers of which was the Saint-Petersburg State Economic University.

The forum was opened with a plenary session in the Duma hall of Tavricheskiy Palace. At the meeting guests and speakers of the forum were honored greatly: Antuf'ev Sergei Vladimirovich, the interim Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council; Salami Igor Vladimirovich, the Head of Department of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia in city St.-Petersburg; Fedortsov Alexander Adamovich, the Chairman of the Court of the EAEU; Movchan Sergey Nikolaevich, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg. The welcoming speech from the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vladimir Volodin was presented by Kalashnikov Leonid Ivanovich. The final speech was made by Maksimtsev Igor Anatolyevich, the rector of St. Petersburg State Economic University.

At the plenary meeting Maksimtsev Igor was also awarded the medal of CIS Interparliamentary Assembly. The Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly established a commemorative medal to be awarded the active, enterprising leaders, partners, scientists, politicians, public figures of the States – participants CIS.

The forum was attended by representatives of judicial and Executive authorities of the EAEU, the representatives of the IPA CIS and the States – participants of Eurasian integration, leading economists, geopolitics, scientists and representatives of universities – members of the Eurasian Association of universities.

The forum activated 5 specified round tables which were devoted to discussing the topical issues of the Eurasian economic prospect and search for their optimal solutions.
